Futures of Leadership: Beyond hierarchy and silos

The existing leadership models are no longer fit for the future. In this dynamic panel debate, Rajkarn Kaur Anand (Novo Nordisk), Merethe Eckhardt (Domstolsstyrelsen), and Peter Mølgaard (CBS) challenge the traditional leadership thinking and explore how we can radically redesign the existing leadership models. Drawing on insights from business, public institutions, and academia, the discussion centers around shared leadership, systemic collaboration, and the need to deconstruct outdated hierarchies. Together, we ask: How might we design robust and agile leadership systems that are able to meet the complex challenges of today?
